On This Day in 2016

Saudi Arabia executed 47 people including a Shia cleric Cheikh Nimr Al Nimr, there are instantaneous outcries of foul from the Shia community in Saudi Arabia and in Iran. Iran severs all diplomatic ties with Saudi Arabia and states that there will be consequences.

Like the Arab spring of a few years ago, this one event could be a shot that will be heard around the world.

As the Bible asks, let us pray for the peace and safety in Jerusalem.
