External evidence of the life of Jesus

The current universal church.

Yes, the existence of the church is very powerful evidence of the life of Jesus Christ. And I'm not talking about mainline denominations, I'm talking about the growth of independent churches of our day. Churches that are alive and thriving because of the presence of the Holy Spirit just like the churches founded by the amazing people hundreds of years ago, Calvin, Luther, Wesley, Zwingli, Arminius etc. They too were establishing 'independent' churches that were later given the name of their founder. These churches don't have a governing body or court of rules, yet they are found on every continent and almost every nation, even in the face of persecution. Who would give their lives up for a lie.
